Therminol LT
herminol LT is a synthetic aromatic heat transfer fluid. It can be used in both the liquid and vapor phase between -100° F and 600° F (-70° C - 315° C). Performance features of Therminol LT include:
  • Low Viscosity - Low viscosity at exceptionally low temperatures make Therminol LT ideal for extreme cooling applications. Therminol LT is pumpable to -100° F (-70° C).
  • Excellent Low Temperature Performance - Therminol LT has the best low temperature heat transfer coefficient of all coolant fluids. Therminol LT has excellent heat transfer properties to -100° F (-70° C).
  • Vapor Phase Operation - Therminol LT can be used in the liquid phase between -100° F and 600° F. With a boiling point of 358° F (181° C) at ambient pressure, Therminol LT can be used in the vapor phase above 358° F (181° C).

Applications
Therminol LT is used in a wide variety of industries, such as:
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Specialty Chemicals
  • Environmental Test Chambers
